Adults visiting Paris must see the Moulin Rouge. Moulin Rouge is the highlight of the 2001 re-make starring Ewan McGregor and Nicole Kidman. Moulin Rouge is best known for the performances and the home of the traditional French can-can dance. For your information, the can-can is a working-class party dance, though in it's early days, was used to entertain the male clientele by the courtesans. The show starts around nine in the evening (9PM) with ticket prices starting at about one-hundred forty dollars (US$ 140). The current show is called "Feerie", consisting of "a troupe of 100 artists, including the 60 Doriss Girls" dressed in over a thousand costumes made in feathers, rhinestones and sequins.
