Reasonably quiet if you are on the Executive Floors with a Nile view, and a decent breakfast in the Windows on the World Restaurant on the 31st Floor, with views across central Cairo.

There is free Internet in the hotel if staying on the executive floor with an inclusive lounge for free drinks, and snacks.

The Sherlock Holmes Pub (not terribly Egytian) offered a good deal on 1/2 price happy hour drinks and reasonably priced food.

CONS: - Not quite up to the standard of Hilton International Hotels - The buffet breakfast was average too..
