The staff were polite, friendly although their understanding of English was abit poor.

PROS: great location at Thumb Plaza as it is in an expat area and most businesses employ staff which speak some English.

CONS: Failure to reply to emails before booking Failure to comply with promise of Conference Rate as agreed in advance as Expensive room rate with no breakfast included Unannounced (high) deposit demanded from overseas customers not in possession of local currency or credit card Swimming pool with no water (and no prior warning to customers) No airport transfer service Calling a taxi that charged double the advertised rate to the airport Room "key" that stopped functioning after 24 hours Replacement "key" that didn't work Inconvenience of waiting for maintenance to address "key" problem .

Overall, the front desk service, room service and the restaurant service is good.
