Good location but terrible service

退房第二天发现丢了件衣服在酒店，酒店帮我找到并且装好给我快递过来，同时还把我遗落的无线上网卡也寄过来了，要不是酒店主动发给我，我都不知道把上网卡给丢了。

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating; my flight was delayed in the States for a day and they were able to push back my reservation without charging any fee.
