Service is good while I feel that cleanliness is probably 4 stars given that they could have maintain their carpets a little bit better.

I was told that they defined king size beds differently than my booking agency and that there were no other rooms available.

18樓觀景台只能在宴會廳用餐的情況下開放，失卻了選擇此酒店，可俯瞰外灘景觀的意義，除此以外，一切不俗，房間夠大夠舒適，可惜離地鐵站其實不算近！
