CONS: Some staff are not very well-trained; the toilet water closet seems to have some problems (slow re-fill for flushing again).

At that time the hotel was very busy due to a forum held in Sanya, put with a little persitence the friendly hotel staff upgraded us to another room with partial ocean view.
