rooms very small breakfast poor quality gym totally lacks equipment and does not open until 7-30am room service took over 25 minutes to get ice on successive days staff try hard but lack training and enthusiasm location fine pool is in an attrium and does not receive sunshine

The breakfast and dinner buffet was good and reasonaly priced.

The breakfast buffet is poor with no one to serve tea or coffee you have to serve yourself would not recommend this hotel at all!!

PROS: the hotel location is very strategic, about 10 min to tst or etst mtr, 10 minutes to hk-macau terminal and surrounded by shops for food and shopping.

another good thing is opposite of the hotel (3min walking distance) got a row of very nice restaurant and bar, if i am not mistaken is call knusford street.
