    The service throughout the hotel is exemplary with special mention going to the Horizon Club team(Grace,Zoe,Candy,Gloria,Alan,Jessica and new girl Maggie) who make you feel really special during your stay!!!!

    Unlike Kowloon Shangri-La's Horizon Club staff in which made our stay really bad, Guangzhou's Horizon Club staff made our stay superb!
