Brand new, with quality rooms, upscale linens, fantastic views over all of downtown Chengdu, fine food, a good bar, great lounge, and very competent and hospitable staff.

The food is good and to western tastes but twice what we ordered arrived cold or just warm, I think with time this will improve.
