The lobby of the hotel is also very lovely and elegant, and the hotel even has a small bowling alley for guest use for a small 30 yuan (about $4 USD) fee.

Room was not fancy but was definitely 3* or maybe even 4*, nicely decorated, fabric bed headboards and nice paintings in room.

IT was very roomy and decently appointed with a very sizeable, clean, almost elegant bathroom with separate sink room and attached shower and tub room with separate shower and tub, but the living area/bedroom itself was quite dark, the carpet worn and soiled in places, and a strong mustiness was evident especially when entering the room.
