    The place was nice, but the employees especially the front desk staff were unfriendly, and moreover, would not give us an upgrade or assist us in any way when our reservation was made incorrectly.

    The rooms are very small, and it's no excuse saying that this is Vancouver - there are a lot of Hotels in Vancouver with larger rooms.

    I hate it when I go to a Hotel and the TV remote is missing, or the alarm clock has the wrong time, or the bathroom grouting is old and moldy.
