    The place was nice, but the employees especially the front desk staff were unfriendly, and moreover, would not give us an upgrade or assist us in any way when our reservation was made incorrectly.

    The service at the hotel was good and the ways they helped us was okay but one thing we did had a problem was the number of people at the hotel being served because we were waiting in line for 30 mins just to get our room.
