    The place was nice, but the employees especially the front desk staff were unfriendly, and moreover, would not give us an upgrade or assist us in any way when our reservation was made incorrectly.

    The location in the center of the West End - close to Davie Street bars and clubs and the close proximity of the Granville Market and the harbor, Yaletown make this hotel a perfect location in the middle of Vancouver.
