The only area which I would like to suggest may need changing is the restaurant, although it is lovely, it is a little pricey and whist we were there did not appear to be very busy.

I noticed that there is another tower - if street noise bothers you (I could often hear conversations and the traffic light from my room) consider requesting a room away from the street.

We stayed a couple of nights here at the start of our holiday in July having paid $180 plus tax via Priceline - not particularly cheap for Priceline but it was Vancouver where downtown hotels are expensive.

Hotel is not a 4 star property, my room was loud from outside noise and I could not keep the room dark and was awaken when the sun came up.

Without double glazing our room on the 11th floor was exteremely noisy at night, mainly due to air/con compressors on the roofs/balconies of surrounding buildings and traffic.
