Hotel - Great location, across the street from the Vancouver lookout, one block from the sky train/sea bus station and on, or one block away from, key bus routes for tourist attractions.

Yeah, downtown Vancouver is a little bit seedy, but, I'll stay there again because of the warm and friendly feeling , the genuine caring that I get from the people.

The hotel itself is very handy for downtown and just around the corner from "Gas town" and its various types of shops .

Parking was $26 a day but it was valet parking and it was downtown so for me I found it fine.
