Hotel - Great location, across the street from the Vancouver lookout, one block from the sky train/sea bus station and on, or one block away from, key bus routes for tourist attractions.

It starts when you phone reservations and get connected to X, whose infectious positive personality compels you to make a booking, is affirmed by the door/valet staff who are professional and casual, adapting to the client, the desk staff who will give you a delicious cookie, if you are good and even the housekeeping staff, who are very helpful.
