The service was good, but don't expect concierge-like attention: the staff really knows their hotel, but not much of the surrounding services and attractions.

Perhaps my only problem was with the chain restaurant attached to the hotel, where the staff were rude and the service was slow (waiting over an hour for breakfast is just not acceptable).
