Perhaps my only problem was with the chain restaurant attached to the hotel, where the staff were rude and the service was slow (waiting over an hour for breakfast is just not acceptable).

There was no hot water, the beds were lumpy, the lights were not wired properly and worst of all, the on-site restaurant is EXTREMELY unfriendly.

There is no breakfast included however there is a whitespot in the building for a nice breakfast.

White Spot is a popular western-Canadian chain that serves an awful breakfast -- everything on the menu is bland, greasy and heavy, and there are absolutely no palatable light options.
