  1.
Easy to walk to old town Toronto (very quaint), wonderful markets, public transportation to explore more of the city.

  2.
Oh and there is a great little store across the road for supplies or a lovely fresh breakfast on the go!

  3.
One disadvantage is it's location is far from the action, but you are honestly within a ten minute walk from the subway and you are beside the largest liquor store in Toronto, also a ten minute walk.

  4.
The location relative to the entertainment district and shopping was ideal!

  5.
It is close to the Marche Movenpick restaurant which is a unique adventure in eating in a market like setting.

  1.
But there was a big liquor market near the hotel if you want to save some money.

  2.
The view was excellent, and its proximity to the nearby harbourfront shops was ok (even though it's relatively far from where most of the activity in the city take place).

  3.
Located on lake Ontario, 25 minutes from yes and about 4-6 blocks from downtown and another 5 blocks from excellent shopping.

    MYTravelGuide, 25 May 2007

  4.
Downtown shopping is too far from the hotel to walk with bags, and the shuttle didn't start until 12:30pm on checkout day, so we opted to shop until late, then check out early, and use our car to drive.

  5.
CONS: Location is not good for shopping...
