    We were disappointed in the hotel this time - we believe we were a given a room that was not at the level we booked (which was supposed to be a luxury room).

    Staff were young and appeared to be a little inexperienced but what they lacked in experience they made up with politeness and helpfulness.

    Confirmation was sent to me and I thought all was fine and dandy until in-house reservations called me the next day to tell me there was a mistake with the rate they had advertised.

    It was overpriced and not good value - maybe the chef had an off day, but the meals were just chucked on the plate, burnt eggs etc (breakfast tip - we also joined the queue outside Cora’s - but do not - it's another wasted effort, the breakfasts consist of things like Eggs Benedict with water melon and star fruit - just wrong!
