    Staff were generally helpful, professional although I suggest that the concierge staff members (apparently there were the same two people on duty during our day visit) become more familiar with the hours of operations for recommended restaurants.

    the gym is well equipped and they provide complimentary towel service, spring water and fresh fruit (apples) which is a nice touch.
