    It is very much a business hotel, conferences etc, but also caters for the tourist.

    As a solo business traveller (stayed at the Sheraton for 4 nights to attend a large industry conference) and having read the stellar reviews here, perhaps my expectations were too high, as I didn't experience the wow factor described by other reviewers.

    Housekeeping and other hotel staff was friendly and courteous, however the hotel appears to be often utilized for large conferences and meetings, so can often be busy.

    There is free wireless Internet and a business centre down there - it gets pretty crowded on the hotel terminals, so I recommend using your own laptop if you can.
