We stayed in one of the premium suites, and we were very happy that it was very quiet (no kids- uptown at the Sheraton is where you find a bunch of children), access to the subway (the King Station is right our the side door) and access to the PATH by walking right downstairs in the lobby.

For lunch head south and across the streat to Irish Embassy Pub & Grill (great curry, choices of beer, and very lively) -- for dinner head to Huston's (great and very elegant stake house).
