My only complaint with 2 boys is that I would have much preferred to have a refrigerator in our room rather than the hospitality bar.

I somehow feel ""lucky"" about both of our experiences staying at this hotel, as quite a few reviews seem to be bad experiences with the staff of the hotel.

- automatic doors did not work; unusual in that guests have to take their own bags (which is OK, but unexpected); check-in staff were a little haughty; wished refunds were possible for deposits; parking is expensive; but overall very beautiful and clean hotel in great location
