Bed was comfortable, I liked the chairs in the room, bathroom was nice, spacious bathroom but the room itself was a bit small.

The room was very clean and the staff very helpful.

Staff was pleasant and lobby had been renovated but rooms were smelly dirty and tired.

My only complaint with 2 boys is that I would have much preferred to have a refrigerator in our room rather than the hospitality bar.

I price was a lot more than we usually spend on a hotel but this was our ""splurge vacation"" and it was worth every penny.

Great location in walking distance to many downtown neighborhoods, low-key service that is there if you need it, but not at all fussy, comfortable room with a nothing view of the municipal parking garage, very well priced compared to most hotels in town.
