The room was small, and the decor could definitely use an update, but it met my criteria, which are clean comfortable and quiet, and did so at a very reasonable price, given its very convenient location.

The location and transit options made it convenient to visit most of the places we went to, including the Royal Ontario Museum (a long, but pleasant walk if don't take metro), Casa Loma, and the CN Tower (another nice walk, especially early Sunday morning).
