Articulate, friendly and efficient without being to formal, she anticipated our needs, made wonderful choices for dinner, arranged for reservations and mapped out our quest for choosing a dress for my wife to wear to an improtant wedding in Washington D.C.

There are some nice little shops cafes in the complex which are great for a quick snack or a tasty breakfast.

Good location, rooms are average, the staff was reasonable, they helped us in finding a good fondue restaurant, I didn't like their parking they have 2 types valet and self parking, you have to pay each time you go in and out of the self parking area.

A very good quality hotel with a concierge, doormen, bellmen, taxis waiting outside, a nice restaurant/bar, good location, very efficient, friendly staff.

Other than that it was a beautiful hotel, food was EXCELLENAT-try the Canadian beef steak,all workers were friendly and helpful and the This hotel made me feel null: The room service meals were excellent.
