The room that i stayed in the wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling off, the bathroom wasnt dirty but from the mousture being trapped it appeared to be dirty, and the rug was nasty.

We chnaged the room four times because there is always something wrong with the room, no lights in the bathroom, very noisy heat system to the point you really can't sleep.

This is top of my worst experience in a so called 4 star hotel : First, once we enter the room, my kids found some dirty beer caps still on the floor, room was not properly clean, and they almost hurt their feets, lucky my boy still had his socks on!
