The hotel is in a convienent location, (only a couple of blocks from Old Montreal Sherbrook Street shopping) however, it's an extremely dodgy neighbourhood.

Breakfast in the small dining area was okay and convenient.

on the down side, rooms are very small, with all the buildings around and being a small one there's no view, no (free) parking, as in downtown most of the time close parking is scarce (but hey you go to walk and get to know).
