Hotel staff were very friendly, salt water pool was great for kids, restaurant was good, and location was very close to shopping and West Edmonton Mall (10 min drive).

The staff were friendly and very professional and except for a very bad food experience in the Lion's Head Pub (breakfast the following morning was perfect in the cafe) all my expectations were met.
