When the employee questioned this, Joseph (the front desk agent) was very rude and insisted our employee was going to have to supply this or he was not going to be allowed to check in - for a room that was already prepaid!!!!

It was a good stop before a flight, gentlemen on the front desk were very helpful and gave good advice.

The hotel staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, however the shower was not clean.

Staff were very pleasant & helpfull, Breakfast was a nice leisurely affair The location is ideal for the Scotiabank Saddledome and the huge Chinook shopping mall.
