For me, the stay wasn't perfect for a number of reasons.

They know exactly where to go and it saves you the hassle of hailing a tuk-tuk which can be very dusty on the dirt roads around the ruins.

CONS: The Wi-fi access in the rooms is weak and cuts you off every few minutes, but there are 3 computer stations with free access in the lobby..
