One slight negative though is that the service from the pool staff was somewhat lacking - we had to keep going in search of them when wanting to order drinks - other people didn't seem to have the same trouble.

Very disappointing hotel, somewhat slightly upmarket from a motel, tatty reception furniture, tacky christmas tree, our suite smelt of cigarette smoke and eating areas were somewhat basic.

Felt like 'chain' hotel with ridiculously expensive food and drink, for instance £8 for glass of ordinary wne.

As a result we could not go to the Angkor Wat light show (expensive tickets) and spend the whole morning at the room instead of visiting temples with our prebooked guide/driver.
