    Im suprised at some comments , i visited the paragon in May this year and found the staff very friendly and helpful , they took us up to see if we liked the room , provided milk and tea for us , the room was clean and tidy and had a door window, although this was locked , but then thats standard all over Cambodia.

    Service at the Bar was so bad it was comical the Barman was determined to finish his mobile 'phone call and studiously avoided us, he only came when another irate male customer shouted his displeasure - it was that bad we had a laugh.

    My only complaint about the staff was that their recommendations for places to eat consisted of restaurants owned by the same company as owns the Quay.
