    rooms don't look as good as on the website and are very small.

    The negatives would be it is not centrally located which means a $2 USD tuk tuk ride to the river side area and the rooms can be a bit noisy at times if you get an outside room with a balcony which I always recommend.

    After staying one night at a dirty, loud hostel, Hotel Cara was well worth the discounted price I paid on Agoda.
