It's about 10min walk from the river and restaurants and only a short walk to the central market.

It's near the central market, and was fine during the day, but once it got dark, it was a little abandoned with no one walking on the streets except the tuk tuk drivers waiting for your business.

Spent a couple of nights at the Billabong Hotel and it was a central location, near the bus station, main market but also near all the noise and chaos that is Phnom Penh.
