    PROS: Location, I have stayed there three times now, so know my way around the area, but even for first timers its a great location, right next to the river, 5 mins walk down to the FCC for happy hour and a short ride to many great restaurants.

    Our room was exceptional but the position of this hotel, particularly if you have a room with a balcony overlooking all this street chaos is fantastic.

    We decided that our two nights here would ideally be in a central, safe position but would allow us to have an insight into the real Phomn Penh and it's chaotic infrastructure.
