If you are checking out early in the morning, keep in mind that the restaurant service starts at 0630AM and the service is not as fast to have everything ready in 2 minutes.

CONS: - Noisy, especially when I was there, road works were surrounding the hotel / Mattresses are a bit rough but it seems to be the standard in Cambodia, even in international 5 stars hotels I have been to..

The reception was a little dreary but I would rather a dreary reception with a good room than the other way round.

CONS: Service culture is lacking 1 (slow) elevator, and an uncomfortable stairwell.

The hotel restaurant was poor for dinner, not very good food and very expensive (relatively), but that's common to most hotels anywhere.

The location is not ideal, but taxis and tuk tuks are available outside, and are very cheap.
