The one thing I really enjoyed was the roof top pool until unfortunately one of the staff got rude with me this was the second time one of the staff was rude however the guest relations apology was so sincere that I had to accept and they went out of their way to ensure the rest of my stay was enjoyable special thanks to Daniella in guest relation and Paula one of the manager both of these ladies came to my room to personally check on me an offer me an apology.
