The dirty arms and obvious spilled food/drinks on the chairs actually made me feel grossed out to sit in them.

But if you want to sightsee, then I am very fit (work out daily) but quickly tired of the walk to the Circular Quay, and I preferred the Mantra, even if it wasn't as clean or stylish.

The exercise room is small but adequate with 2 stationary bikes, 2 treadmills, and an elliptical trainer.
