One complaint I did have was that the conference facilities are small and FREEZING with no natural light.

Once we arrived at the reception (we were two hours early) we were again greeted warmly there was quite a big conference going on and the girl informed us that the rooms were not ready yet but we were given a coffee and in a half an hour were in our room which was just gorgeous our bags were there also.
