Good hotel but with some drawbacks (IMHO)

PROS: + location - is very good and you a in fact walking distance to majority of the main points of interest + globally you have everything you could expect of a 5 star hotel + spacey rooms and good service + good breakfasts CONS: - we booked Grand Harbor View and in fact it was a bit dissatisfying as you in fact have a Grand Crane view of some construction in front and also a Great Highway view.

Nice welcome (even though we'd come by airport shuttle), efficient check-in staff and the most wonderful beds and pillows imaginable.

The room was very spacious and had luxury level furnishings and finishings, bathrobes and slippers, pretty bathroom fixtures, etc.

The location is excellent too, just a couple of blocks from the Quay, train station, everything in The Rocks, etc.

The hotel was fine with a late checkout (12:30 pm) which was also nice (although our keys expired at the usual time and we had to take an extra trip downstairs to get them reactivated).
