    Staff were friendly and helpfull, hotel was old but had a recent upgrade which managed to keep the best part of the architecure, and use modern materials, art deco style with the mordern colour scheme and fixture..

    Guest services were also a let down, the average wait time for any service was an hour, and that was for simple stuff such as asking for extra tea bags!
