    The hotel was pretty much what I expected it to be--an average tourist/conference hotel conveniently located near Darling Harbor.

    We had great problems sending an urgent fax as 2 members of staff, even one from the business centre didn't know the correct international codes to enable the fax to send.

    Internet fees in the business center were maybe a little expensive, but there is an internet cafe across the street.

    I could not get the internet connection in my room and even business center in three days due to the technical issues and admin had not been able to solve this problems.
