<b>Cancellation:</b>
* A full refund will be issued to a guest/s if cancellation occurs 48 hours prior to their arrival date, except during peak periods where 7 days notice is required.
* Cancellations that occur with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of the first night of the total booking.
* Cancellations that occur with less than 7 days notice during Peak Periods will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking.

<b>Peak Periods:</b>
If you plan to arrive between the 21st December 2006 and 5th January 2007 a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
