Hotel is clean and service is not too bad, a little slow at time (had problem with the door handle in room)..

We stayed only one night at Rydges World Square, Sydney, but were very impressed with the room, impeccably clean and a very helpful hotel staff, especially the Concierge who managed to locate a lost piece of luggage over the phone.

However we received great service when we arrived (concierge was very helpful and staff were friendly) however when we left no one was friendly nor helped us leave.

I found everyone at the hotel to be expremely helpful from the concierge when we arrived through to housekeeping when we needed the bed to be divided into two king singles.
