There was no view, as one of the tallest building in the Southern Hemisphere now stands immediately to the west of the hotel (worth a stop to the Sky Deck, if you have a chance).

I was surprised to hear all the noises associated with drainage etc from the rooms of other residents filtering into my room - it was often quite noticeable but not too much of a disturbance.

CONS: Didn't dislike anything except view onto wall of building which didn't really worry us unduly.

stayed here a few times now, value for money and close to everything without the huge price tag.

The view was average as it was in the middle of several high(er) rises.

Price for the room was £65 for the 4 night stay, excellent value for money, was put on the 2nd floor, the view was not great or bright as you could only see the entrance to the Eureka Tower, that is the only grumble as the room was big and comfortable, beware there is no bath, only a shower with curtains, room also has microwave, fridge and sink, so able to fetch own supplies, cable TV was sufficient to keep up with news of bushfires and snow back in blighty, beds very comfortable, possibly because the hotel is new.

Slightly overpriced.
