It is 50 metres to the Southbank Walk, with lots of good restaurants at hand and a Seven 11 convenience store around the corner.

It was one short block from the Yarra River, in the center of Southbank and within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes, great shopping, art galleries and the Crown Casino.
