My experience of dining was very disappointing - service was poor, I didn't ever see the dessert menu though I asked to and when I went to pay I was charged for things I didn't have.

With free breakfast which was fantastic, free valet parking and a location close to the major department stores, our stay was fantastic and we can't wait to do it again.

The rooms were spacious with good attention to detail, breakfast had varied choices and Martini Lounge has to be visited once during a stay fantastic cocktail list and great ambiance.

The free tram was only minutes away and we had a great breakfast on Degraves Street - a Melbourne lane just a short distance away.
