I have to say that i have not noticed the staff not being friendly however I do tend to talk at people.

$18 pp extra for a very basic continental breakfast in the small breakfast room not worth it, various cafes close by will provide better value.

Good blackout curtains keeps early morning sun out if you are a bit jet lagged but even with the window closed the rooms are quite noisy, especially those overlooking Elizabeth Street with the trams going past (I guess the rooms at the back of the hotel would be quieter).

There is no car parking available but they do offer a valet service which is charged per day, and isn't very cheap.

We were changed A$180 for one week access (as we used two computers), which is very expensive when you consider that Starbucks, just around the corner charge A$0.20
